Boise Weekly, Best of Boise: Best Local Frozen Treat, 2007

My friend R***** lives right across the street from this place. I don’t get how she doesn’t weigh 250lbs by now. When I got assigned this shoot for Best of Boise, I got excited because it gave me a reason to eat ice cream. Not that I need a reason to eat ice cream or anything like that, it just made me feel more professional to be doing so. I was informed later on that a banana split is a dish designed for two. I was not aware of this. I ate the whole thing by myself. Come to think of it, given the amounts of treats and junk food that I eat, I’m surprised I don’t weigh 250lbs.
