Barack Obama

I remember getting a call from Leila asking me to shoot this event for the Boise Weekly. It was an opportunity that popped up on everybody last minute. It was one of those things where some plans fell through along Obama’s campaign trail and they ended up having some time slots to kill. Boise ended up being the filler…

Not wanting to wake up at 6am on a Saturday, a part of me regretted accepting the assignment. I knew I was going to regret it even more though if I hadn’t. So, as a means to compromise, I avoided having to wake up early simply by never going to sleep. It worked out well and I got there on time.
