Astro Monty

Video game and trailer made for Fairdale Bikes.

I wrote the code and Taj Mihelich whipped up the illustrations. It involves Monty flying through space, collecting bikes, and blowing stuff up. I even hid some little easter eggs in this… put on the rabbit box to find ‘em all!

8/11/2018 UPDATE: I made the Easter Eggs easier to find and do. Put on the rabbit box to ride the car, the cow, and the cow on the asteroid.

NASA InSight Launch

I wanted to write a solid intro for this, but each time I tried, it either came off too mushy, or I went off the deep end rambling about existential anxiety. Sooooo… with that in mind, here’s a bunch of pictures and stuff.

Thanks to NASA, Stephanie Smith, Ryan Bell, and Kaitlyn Soares for the invite, and for making it a highly inspiring and memorable experience.

SpaceX Falcon Heavy Launch

I booked a last minute flight to Florida to watch my first rocket launch ever.

I took some pictures of a rocket, people looking at a rocket, people waiting to look at a rocket, and I guess I took pictures of some other stuff too.

The Sounds of Earth

Wallpaper Download: Widescreen or Standard

I got these images from / NASA. They didn’t have it readily available as a wallpaper download so I turned it into one. I figured some people might enjoy it as their desktop’s background as well.
